We hired Tim McAuliffe in 2022 to build our pool, spa and outdoor kitchen. We worked with Tim as our designer & project manager. Tim was super helpful throughout the design process and was responsive to my messages and questions from beginning to end. He was accommodating to changes we requested during the process and was very transparent and honest with us, which we greatly appreciated. It can be a long and painful process, but Tim really made it as smooth as it could possibly be. The finished product is everything we hoped for and is beautiful, including all of the wonderful landscaping around our yard. Several months later, I had an emergency situation with a pipe drainage issue completely unrelated to the pool. I called Tim and he had a team out at my house within a day, and the problem fixed right away. Their customer service is top notch and I highly recommend Tim & this company.
