OUR DESIGN PROCESS

CONSULTATION
To ensure that we can bring your vision to life, I will arrange to meet with you at your home for the first visit. We will discuss your preferences and lifestyle expectations for your new outdoor living space, as well as determine a budget range that works for you. To facilitate the design process, I will take photos and measurements of your property for our team to use in creating a customized plan.

CONTRACT
Our team is looking forward to working with you on your project. To begin the design process, we ask that all parties involved sign the proposal and provide a deposit. The deposit amount may vary depending on the complexity of your project and typically ranges from $1,000 or more. Once we have received the signed proposal and deposit, we will be able to start working on your project design.

DESIGN MEETING - THE PLAN
Our professional design team will create your plans and invite you to a meeting at our office and showroom area to review them. We understand how important your time is, so we will work with you to schedule a meeting that is convenient for you. During this meeting, you will be presented with a 2D overhead layout rendering of several different concepts and options that fit your property and budget. I will also present a few add-on items for your consideration. This meeting is an essential opportunity to refine the project design and make any necessary changes before we prepare your formal proposal, which will include our terms and conditions.

DESIGN MEETING - FINAL APPROVAL
As part of the design process, we will present a formal proposal that includes all the terms and conditions of the project, along with the landscape and stone materials that will be used. This proposal will also include the final design plans for your approval. Once all parties have signed the proposal, we will schedule our professional crew to begin installing your outdoor living space.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Expert installation by our team, completed with the utmost professionalism. We will keep you informed throughout the project and will be fully involved from start to finish.

COMPLETION
Project will be completed to your full satisfaction, and you can start enjoying your brand new outdoor oasis!
