ABOUT THIS PROJECT:

A Silver Award–winning escape with clean, modern coastal lines. The rear yard's uneven, sinking circular patio slab was rebuilt into a purposeful, balanced outdoor room featuring Pennsylvania bluestone patios and stair treads, composite decking, concrete step pads with under-cap lighting, and a bubbling urn water feature — all softened by Eagleston hollies, flirt nandina, pink muhly, lantana, variegated liriope, and little limelight hydrangeas. Inspired by the home's front entry, the design maximizes usable entertaining space. Designed by Tim McAuliffe, The Outdoor Living Designer — a Silver NALP Award of Excellence winner.
