ABOUT THIS PROJECT:

A striking design-and-build transformation that turned a sinking, settling, unusable circular patio slab into a clean-lined modern garden retreat. The reimagined space features a Pennsylvania bluestone patio, composite decking, and custom stairs with under-cap lighting, anchored by a bubbling urn water feature and layered coastal plantings — pink muhly, lime light hydrangeas, Egleston hollies, flirt nandina, lantana, and variegated liriope. Balanced proportions maximize usable entertaining space while keeping the look sophisticated and calm. Designed by The Outdoor Living Designer — a Silver NALP Award of Excellence winner.
