A Bronze Award–winning transformation of an underutilized yard into a complete entertaining destination. A permeable paver patio — rebalanced with a reset drainage and swale system to manage water near the home — anchors the space, paired with a full masonry outdoor kitchen, a firepit gathering area, and multiple cozy seating zones lit by bistro lighting. Beautiful lines and smart, space-efficient design make the most of a compact footprint, delivering sunset views and warm nighttime ambiance.
