ABOUT THIS PROJECT:

A Bronze Award–winning transformation of a golf-course-adjacent property into a balanced, private patio garden retreat. The team corrected significant drainage issues first, then built the patio, decking, and wall work as the central gathering space — with screening structures and large planters thoughtfully positioned to conceal a therapy spa and keep amenities out of view from the golf course. A deliberate balance of hardscape and landscape, plus front and side renovations, ties the whole property together.
